FAQ

How do I choose the right protocol?

If you focus on rule management and multi-device experience, choose Clash first. If encryption and privacy matter more, choose Trojan or Xray. For Telegram communication, choose MTProto. For traditional compatibility, consider L2TP.

Can products be customized by region and business scenario?

Yes. You can create independent products based on country, protocol, bandwidth, number of devices, and business scenarios, then display plan differences with a unified template.

Which payment methods are supported?

The order page can support USDT-TRC20, USDT-ERC20, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or manual payment confirmation. Actual availability depends on the order notice.

Is a trial available?

Trials are not currently available. Dedicated nodes and dedicated IPs are exclusive resources that occupy line and IP capacity once activated, so they are opened under formal plans by default.

Why can an IP become blocked or unreachable?

Common reasons include target platform risk control, abnormal login frequency, excessive automation traffic, abuse of the same IP by multiple users, regional network policy changes, client configuration errors, or local network issues. We recommend reassessing the line type based on your use case and region.

How soon will the service be delivered after activation?

Standard nodes are usually delivered shortly after payment confirmation. For specific countries, residential IPs, or special lines, delivery time depends on manual confirmation.
