These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TRXT.IO websites, accounts, VPN profiles, proxy configurations, subscription URLs, dedicated IP resources, and server connection services and related support. By registering, signing in, purchasing, renewing, paying for or using any TRXT.IO service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this website or our services.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep your email, password, authentication information and connection profiles secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including orders, renewals, service usage, API calls and communications with support.
You may not share, resell, transfer or otherwise provide your account or service credentials to others unless expressly permitted by TRXT.IO. If you discover unauthorized use, you should contact us immediately.
3. Purchase, Delivery and Renewal
Plans, regions, protocols, bandwidth, traffic, IP type, price and service period are shown on the order page or confirmed through support. After payment, TRXT.IO will provision the corresponding digital service or dedicated network resource as quickly as reasonably possible.
Because the service involves dedicated resources, delivery may be affected by inventory, upstream availability, network conditions, payment confirmation, risk control or manual verification. Renewal must be completed before expiration to avoid suspension, release or recycling of resources.
4. Permitted Use
You may use TRXT.IO services for lawful remote access, account security, business operations, cross-border office work, technical testing, network diagnostics, application proxy routing, server interconnection and other lawful purposes permitted by your local laws and by these Terms.
You are solely responsible for confirming that your intended use is lawful in your location and in the jurisdictions where the service, target platform or network resources are located.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use TRXT.IO services for unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful or high-risk activities, including but not limited to attacks, scanning, intrusion, credential theft, phishing, spam, fraud, malware, botnets, copyright infringement, unauthorized scraping, account abuse, payment fraud, identity deception, evasion of platform bans, illegal gambling, adult or violent exploitation, terrorism, sanctions violations or any activity that harms third parties, upstream providers, networks or TRXT.IO.
We may suspend or terminate services, restrict accounts, retain evidence, refuse future transactions or cooperate with valid legal, regulatory, rights-holder or supplier requests when prohibited use is suspected or confirmed.
6. Regional Legal Notices
Network, proxy, VPN, encryption, data, content, cybersecurity and cross-border connection rules differ by country and region. Some regions may restrict or regulate proxy or VPN services, specific websites, platforms, content or online activities. You must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules and network policies.
TRXT.IO does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any service is lawful or available for your specific use case or location.
7. Service Availability and Limits
We use reasonable efforts to provide stable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. Service quality may be affected by upstream suppliers, data centers, carriers, international routes, local networks, target platforms, maintenance, attacks, abuse complaints, policy changes, force majeure or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Some plans may include limits on bandwidth, traffic, region, IP type, protocol, device usage, concurrent connections or usage scenarios. You must use the service within the plan limits.
8. Data and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all data, content, traffic, requests, accounts, platforms and third-party services accessed or generated through your use of TRXT.IO services. TRXT.IO is not responsible for your content, third-party platform actions, account bans, risk-control results, business losses or legal consequences arising from your use.
9. Payment and Fees
Prices, currencies, payment methods, billing periods and available plans are shown on the website or confirmed through support. You are responsible for paying all fees, taxes, payment channel costs, blockchain fees or other costs associated with your purchase.
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for selecting the correct chain, token, address and amount. Losses caused by wrong-chain transfers, wrong addresses, wrong currency, insufficient payment, duplicate payment or unpaid on-chain fees are borne by you.
10. Suspension and Termination
TRXT.IO may suspend, restrict or terminate your account or service if you violate these Terms, the Refund Policy or applicable law; abuse resources; trigger upstream complaints; cause security risks; initiate malicious disputes or chargebacks; fail to pay fees; provide false information; or use the service in a way that may harm TRXT.IO, suppliers, networks, platforms or third parties.
Upon expiration, cancellation, suspension or termination, related server access, IP resources, configurations and data may be disabled, reclaimed or deleted according to service rules and operational needs.
11. Disclaimer and Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRXT.IO services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet all expectations, access every website or platform, avoid all risk-control checks, maintain any specific IP reputation, or be suitable for any particular business result.
TRXT.IO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, accounts, business opportunities, reputation or third-party platform access, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms for legal, technical, business, service or security reasons. Updated Terms will be posted on this website and become effective upon publication. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
